1. Click the ‘Gear Icon’ (⚙️). -> Setup. -> Quick Find Box. -> Search for Processes and click on the Lead Processes.

2. On the Lead Processes Setup page, click the New button to create a new Lead Process.
3. Next, Select “Master” in the Existing Lead Process and specify the Name and Description for the new Lead Process. Here, I have entered the Lead Process Name as “TexasLead“.
Then click on the Save button.

4. Select the values for all the Lead Status from the Available Values; they will be added to the Selected Values. Then, we also need to select the Default Status Value. Click on the Save button.

5. Once we create a new Lead Process, it will be visible on the Lead Processes page. For instance, the TexasLead Lead Process is visible on the Lead Processes page.
