Closed – Converted: If the customer agreed to do business

RatingThere are three options for ratings that can be selected even later. These options are Hot, Warm, and Cold.
No. of EmployeesIf the company sells subscriptions then no. of employee information is required to be captured.

Address Information

StreetThe first thing in the address is the name of the street.
example – 620 Eighth Avenue
Cityfill in the name of the city. eg – New York
State/Provincefill in the state/province. eg- NY
Zip/Postal CodeProvide the zip or postal code. eg – 10018
CountryFill in the country name of the lead. You can either fill in the complete name or just the abbreviation. eg – the United States or the USA

Additional Information

Product InterestSelect the name of the product from the list in which the lead is interested the most. Multiple leads will be created in case of a query with multiple products. This may vary from company to company.
Current Generator(s)If your company has provided current generators then fill it otherwise leave it empty.
SIC CodeFill in the SIC code for the product. This is not a mandatory column and can be changed/removed from the layout.
PrimarySelect Yes if the lead has contacted to know more about the product mentioned in the product interest.
Select No if a lead has a query about other products as well.
Number of LocationsThis could be the location of service centers for the interested product or the location of third-party vendors.
