This is a fully live, instructor-led training conducted over Microsoft Teams. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day for 2 weeks. Recordings are shared within 24 hours after each session.

Q: What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled students within 24 hours. You will not fall behind — you can watch the recording and continue with the next live session.

Q: Do I need prior Salesforce experience?

Basic familiarity with Salesforce (knowing what objects, records, and flows are) is helpful but not mandatory. The training begins from Agentforce fundamentals and builds progressively.

Q: Is this training aligned with the AI-201 Agentforce Specialist certification exam?

Q: What tools or org do I need?

Q: Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
