How to delete Custom Home page in Salesforce Lightning
In Salesforce Lightning, we delete a Custom Home Page through the App builder and once the custom home page gets deleted from the app builder, it gets permanently deleted from the Lightning App Pages.
To delete a Custom Home Page in Salesforce Lightning, first login into your Salesforce account and follow the below steps.
Step:1- On the Salesforce Lightning home screen, search Lightning app builder in the Quick Find. There below the User Interface click on Lightning App Builder.
Step:2- As we click on Lightning App Builder, a new window of SETUP lightning app builder will open. There we will see the list of custom pages, under the heading Lightning Pages. From the list select the Custom Home Page you have to delete but make sure that the home page is deactivated from all applications. Now click on the Del button as shown in the below picture.
Step:3- On clicking the delete button Del, a pop-up window will open as shown below picture. Click on OK to confirm the deletion of the Home Page.
Step:4- Now, we can see that Custom Home Page is not there in the list of Lightning Pages.
We have successfully deleted the Custom Home Page in Salesforce Lightning.
