Step-1: Go to the setup, click on the App Launcher and search Salesforce chatter. Click on the Salesforce chatter.

Step-2: After clicking on the salesforce chatters, there is a chatter option that is present on the nav bar. Click on it.

Step-3: If you are new to the salesforce chatter let’s create a new group, click on the drop-down menu of the group object and then click on the new group.

Step-4: After clicking on the new group option. The NEW Group dialogue box is open, fill in the information, fill name as the Technical USA group, and then fill in the remaining information after that click on the save & next option.

Step-5: If you want to upload the group photo then you uploaded otherwise click on the next option.

Step-6: After clicking on the next if you want to add the members then choose the member and click on done and you can see that our Technical USA group is created.

Step-7: After creating the group this USA Technical group is shown as a post on the Chatter page as highlights.

Step-1: Go to the Setup that is in the top left corner, and click on the Chatter that is present on the nav bar.

Step-2: After clicking on the chatter there is a Message option that is present on the left-hand side, this message box is used to send messages directly.

Step-3: On the left-hand side there is a Feed option under the Feed there is a What I Follow option. On clicking on this option we can see the post What I follow.
There is another option To Me, on clicking on this we can see any message directed to us.
We can see the people and the group with the other organization as well by clicking on the people and group option.
