Step-1: First, login into the Salesforce account, Click on the profile picture. After clicking on the profile picture the drop-down list is open then select the settings option under the drop-down list.

Step-2: After clicking on the setting option that is present under the profile picture. The Personal Information page is open where the details are present. Here we want to grant account login access to support.
Click on the grant account login access option that is present at the left sidebar under my personal information.

Step-3: After clicking on the grant account login access option, the grant account login access page is open. Here we want to assist with support issues, we may grant our administrator or support personnel the ability to log in as we and access our data.
Here we can grant access to the salesforce.com support and give the access duration as 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.

Step-4: Here we are selecting the access duration as 1 day. The Salesforce.com support can grant access to our org without a username and password.
After selecting access duration click on the save button that is present at the bottom of the grant login access page.

Step-5: After clicking on the save button, the grant login access is saved successfully and the changed saved pop-up message is shown on the screen.

Here we are granting login access to support in Salesforce Classic. If you want to learn how to grant login access to support in Salesforce Classic follow these steps:
1: First log in to the Salesforce account, when we log in to the account the Salesforce lightning edition is open. Moving to Salesforce Classic, click on the Profile picture. The Profile picture drop-down list is open. Under this profile picture list, there is an option to switch to Salesforce Classic. Click on it.
After clicking on the switch to Salesforce Classic option, click on the drop-down arrow of the username. The drop-down list is open, under this list Setup option is present below the My Profile option. Click on the Setup.

2: After clicking on the setup option, the setup page is open. Enter the grant login access in the Quick Find Box and the grant login access comes at the top. Click on the grant login access that is present at the left sidebar under my personal information.

3: After clicking on the grant account login access option, the grant account login access page is open. Here we want to assist with support issues, we may grant our administrator or support personnel the ability to log in as we and access our data.
Here we can grant access to the salesforce.com support and give the access duration as 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.
