- Log in to your Salesforce Classic account. Click on Avtar and then select Switch to Salesforce Classic.

- Click on the Setup link in the upper right corner of the Salesforce Classic page.

- In the left-hand Quick Find Search Box, search Quick Text.
- Click on Quick Text Settings.

- Ensure that Enable Quick Text checkbox is ticked.
- Click the Save button to save any changes.

Once Quick Text is enabled, it cannot be turned off in Salesforce Classic.
We can use Quick Text from various Salesforce services, such as email, Chatter, and Tasks after it has been enabled.
