Step 2: First, we need to create an email message to schedule an email in Salesforce. For this, move to the left-hand side, click on “App Launcher”, search for “Lead or Contact”, to whom we want to send an email, and select it.
Here, I search for the “Contacts” item and select it.

Step 3: Now, select a contact record to whom we want to send an email by checking its checkbox. Here, I select the “Carolyn Crenshaw“.

Step 4: On the top left side of the page, click on the “Send List Email” button.

Step 5: Once a new email message pop-up is opened, compose an email. “Recipient” and “To” are already added, if we want to add more recipients we can add them.
Step 6: Now, add the subject, body, and attachment file or link if any that we want to include in the email.
Step 7: To schedule the email, click on the dropdown arrow next to the “Send” button and click on the “Send Later” button, it will show up the scheduling options.

Step 8: In the scheduling pop-up window, select the specific “Date”, “Time”, and “Time Zone”.
Step 9: Once the date and time for scheduling the email is set, click on the “Save” button.

Step 10: After reviewing the message and click on the “Send Later” button to schedule the email to be sent at the specifically selected time.
