Step 5: Now, move to the “Signature” section, here we will see the “Email Signature” text editor where we can create the image email signature.

Step 6: The next step, is to choose the image that we want to add to an email signature. For this, navigate to the top right corner of the page, click on the gear icon, and from the dropdown menu select “Setup”.

Step 7: Move to the left-hand side, click on “App Launcher”, search for “Files”, and select it.

Step 8: Select the file that, we want to add as an image to the email signature. Here, I select the logo.jpeg file.

Note: Make sure the file must be in an image format such as png, jpeg, etc.

Step 9: On the top of the page, click on the “Publick Link” option.

Step 10: Now, to create a public link for an image, click on the “Create Link” button.

Step 13: Now, in the “Email Signature” section add the message that we want to add as an email signature. Here, I add content as “Thanks & Regards” with the company name “Tsinfo Technologies”.

Step 13: To add an image in the email signature, use an “img” HTML tag. If you want to adjust the height and width of the image use the “width” and “height” attributes.

Here is the syntax:

Step 14: Finally, click on the “Save” button to save all the changes.

Step 1: First, we need to log in to Salesforce Classic. For this, click on “Avatar” and select “Switch to Salesforce Classic”.

Step 2: On the upper right-hand side of the corner, click on “Your name”.

Step 3: From the dropdown, select the “My Settings” option.

Step 4: Now, click on “Email” on the left side of the “My Settings” menu bar.

Step 5: From the dropdown select “My Email Settings”.

Step 6: Now, scroll down to the “Email Signature” text editor which is located under the “Signature” section, where we can create an image email signature.

Step 7: The next step, is to choose the image that we want to add to an email signature. For this, open the duplicate tab in which Salesforce Classic is logged in.

Step 9: Choose the file that will serve as the email signature’s image. Here I choose the Salesforce.png file.

Step 10: Now, scroll down to the “Image”, right-click on the image area, and then click on “Copy Image Address”.

Step 11: To add an image to an email, move back to the “My Email Setting” browser tab.

Step 12: Add the message we want to use as an email signature now in the “Email Signature” box. Here, I add a message as “Thanks & Regards” with the company name “Tsinfo Technologies”.
