Mass Update Addresses in Salesforce
Here are the following steps:
1. Go to the gear icon. Click on the Setup option.

2. Now, enter the Mass update addresses in the Quick Find Box and click on the Mass update addresses.

3. The Mass update addresses page is open. Here, we can specify the type of address data that we want to update. Here we are choosing the country as the address field type to update and then clicking on the next button.

4. Here, choose the existing values that we want to replace. Select the value from the available value list and click the add button to move this USA value from the available list.

5. The value we selected from the available list is moved to the selected value column, and then the selected value enters the address as the United States of America. Click on the next button.

6. The number of addresses field was found to have USA addresses, and if we proceed further, these address fields should be replaced.
The account billing country has 2 address fields, the Account shipping country has 1 address field, the Contact mailing country has 2 address fields, the Contact other country has 1 address field, and the lead country has 18 address fields. Click on the replace button.

7. Our record has been successfully updated, and this updated message is shown.The done button is present. Click on the done button. If you want to perform another update, click the ” perform another update ” button.

Mass Update Addresses Record in Salesforce
Here are the following steps:
1. Click on the setup. The setup page of the Salesforce classic edition is open. Now enter the mass transfer records in the Quick Find Box, and the Mass transfer records is comes at the top and it is present under the Data management. Click on the mass update addresses.

2. The Mass update addresses page is open. Here, we can specify the type of address data that we want to update. Here we choose the country as the address field type to update and then click on the next button.

3. Here, choose the existing values that we want to replace. Select the value from the available value list and click on add button to move this US value from the available list.

4. The value we selected from the available list is moved to the selected value column. Then, we replace the selected value by entering the address as USA and clicking on the next button.

5. The number of address fields with USA addresses was found, and if we proceed further, this number of address fields should be replaced.
The account billing country has 1 address field, and the Contact other country has 1 address field. The following country values will be replaced with the USA. Now click on the replace button.

6. Our record has been successfully updated, and this updated message is shown. Below this message, the done button is present. Click on the done button. If you want to perform another update, click on the perform another update button.
