Here are the following steps:
1. Go to Gear icon –> Click on the Setup option –> Select the Object Manager tab.
2. Enter the Opportunity in the Search box –> Select Opportunity object.
3. Click on the compact layout of the opportunity object.
4. Click on the New button to create the new compact layout.
5. For the compact layout information, first, fill in the label as Sales Representative compact Layout and then the name. After that, select the compact layout fields that show the record’s key fields at a glance, then click on the save button.
6. After clicking on the save option, the Sales Representative Compact Layout is created.
7. Click on the compact layout assignment and select the primary compact layout for assigning. Here, we are selecting the Sales Representative Compact layout and then clicking on the save option.
