View Record Pages Assignments in Salesforce
To view Record Pages Assignments in Salesforce, we need to log in to the Salesforce account first and then follow the steps below.
Step 1- On the Setup page of Salesforce Lightning, click on the Object Manager tab as shown in the picture below.

Step 2- In the Object Manager, select the object with an existing custom record page. In this case, I have an existing custom record page in the object Campaign.

Step 3- Now in this step, go to the Details sidebar and there select the option Lightning Record Pages.

Step 4- In the Lightning Record pages click on the button View Page Assignments, which is on the upper right side of the screen.

Step 5- In this step, go to the section Look Up an Assignment and under the label, tag App click on Select an App, and from the dropdown select the application. In this case, I have selected the Sales Tech App.

Step 6- After selecting the app, go to the Profile tab and select the profile. I have selected the profile Analytics Cloud Security User and in the last click on Find Pagebutton.

As we click on Find Page, we will see the profile and app assigned to this lightning record page Campaign Record Page. Here the page displayed showed Campaign Record Page and if it shows System Default, in that case, this record page is not assigned to the application.
