- Go to the gear icon under the gear icon there are two options setup and service setup. Click on the setup after that click on the object manager.
- Enter the object in the Quick Find Box the object is shown on the top click on it and select the account object.
- Click on the Buttons, links, and action option that is present under the details.
- On the account page, there is a new action button. click on the new action button.
- After clicking on the new action button, the new action page is open. Under this new action page, lots of information is present. Fill all the information carefully. Firstly, fill the action type as send an email, fill in the label and name, and click on the save button.
- the default form is showing you can add or remove the options in it and then click on the save option.
- The send email quick action button is created after that select the page layouts option that is present under the details in the left sidebar.
- click on the layout option then click on the mobile and lighting actions then enter the send email in the quick find box and drag the send email. After dragging the send email drop it into the mobile and lightning action section and then click on the save option.
- Now we are selecting the record of the object, the record page is open and you can see that the send email quick action button is present.

Step-1: First, login into the salesforce lightning account. Go to the gear icon under the gear icon there are two options setup and service setup. Click on the setup after that click on the object manager.

Step-2: After clicking on the object manager, the object manager page is open under the object manager lots of objects are present. Enter the Contact object in the Quick Find Box the object is shown on the top click on it and select the account object.

Step-3: After selecting the contact object, the account page is open. Click on the Buttons, links, and action option that is present under the details in the left sidebar.

Step-4: After selecting the account object, the account page is open there is a new action button. click on the new action button.

Step-5: After clicking on the new action button, the new action page is open. Under this new action page, lots of information is present. Fill in all the information carefully. Firstly fill in the action type as Send Email and then select the target object.
After that enter the label. Here we are entering the label as send email to object and then fill the name, the name is the same as the label and then you can see that the name is automatically filled after that type the success message if you want and then click on the save button.

Step-6: After clicking on the save button the default form is showing you can add or remove more options in it and then click on the save option.

Step-7: After clicking on the save option the send email to contact quick action is created we can edit, delete and edit the layout. Select the page layouts option that is present under the details in the left sidebar.

Step-8: After clicking on the page layout click on the contact layout option that is present under the page layouts.

Step-9: Click on the mobile and lighting actions then enter the send email to contact in the quick find box and drag the send email to contact. After dragging the send email to contact and drop it into the mobile and lightning action section and then click on the save option.

Step-10: Go to the App Launcher type the sales option, the sales page is open then select the contact option that is present in the nav bar. After selecting the contact object the contact page is open select the record that is present under the object.
Here we are selecting, the record page is open and you can see that the send email to contact quick action button is present under the activity tab.

Step-11: Click on the send email to contact quick action button and you can see the send email dialogue box is open and all the fields we choose for the page layout are available like from, to bcc, subject, and the body part where we can type a message.

Step-1: Login into the salesforce classic account, and click on the setup option that is present at the top of the page.
After clicking on the setup scroll down to the bottom of the page there are build add under the build there is a create option click on the drop-down option. Under the create option there is an objects option click on it.

Step-2: After selecting the objects option, the object page is open there are lots of objects. Select one of the objects. Here we are selecting the USA student Object.

Step-3: After selecting the USA student object, the USA student page is open. Scroll to the bottom of the page there are Buttons, links, and an action section. Click on the new action button.

Step-4: After clicking on the new action button, the new action page is open. Under this new action page, lots of information is present. Fill in all the information carefully. Firstly fill in the action type as Send Email and then select the target object.
After that enter the label. Here we are entering the label as Send email to USA student and filling the name the same as a label and then you can see that the name is automatically filled after that type the success message as the USA student record is updated successfully and the click on save button.

Step-5: After clicking on the save button the default form is showing you can add or delete the option in it and then click on the save option.

Step-6: After clicking on the save option the send email to USA student quick action is created we can edit, delete and edit layout after that select the page layouts option that is present under the details in the left sidebar.

Step-7: After clicking on the page layout click on the USA student layout option then click on the mobile and lighting actions then enter the Send Email to USA student in the quick find box and drag the send email to USA student.
After dragging the send email to USA student drop it into the mobile and lightning action section and then click on the save option.
