In this Salesforce tutorial, we will learn to create a report for product schedules in Salesforce. We will discuss creating a report for product schedules in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic.
Product Schedules Report in Salesforce
In Salesforce we create a range of custom reports and one such report is the Salesforce Product Schedules report. This report is created to analyze the data of the Products that are Scheduled for the service for the customers or opportunities.
This report gives us the overall records of the Product Schedules like the quantity and generated amount by the scheduled products.
I was working as a system admin for an organization that uses Salesforce CRM as their primary CRM tool to track and analyze their customer data and activities.
The company asked to make a report for the Product Schedules using the all-time data of opportunities regarding scheduled products so that the Sales team can keep track of the revenue and the quantity of products supplied to the customer.
In the below examples, I will explain the method of creating a report for product schedules in Salesforce Lightning and Classic versions.
