In Salesforce, contacts are the people to whom you are doing business. To store or filter the contacts based on specific criteria, you can use the contact list view you can create.

By default, the contact object came up with some of the default list views, that is as follows.

All ContactsThis list view shows all the contacts for which you have access.
Birthday This MonthBirthday This Month list view shows all the contacts that have birthdays this month.
My ContactsThis list view shows all the contacts for whom you are the owner.
New Last WeekThis list view displays the contacts that were created last week.
New This WeekThe New This Week list view shows all the records that are created new in this week.
Recently ViewedThis list view shows all the records that you have recently visited or opened.

Moreover, if you delete a record, the list view is automatically updated with the records present in the contact object.
