The Date and time in salesforce are controlled using Locale settings. All countries follow the different formats of date for example:
- United States of America (USA) – Month Day Year (January 1, 2022)
- Countries like China, Japan, Korea, and Iran – Year Month Day
- The majority of the countries in the world follow – Month Day Year
Adding hyphen (-), dots(.), and slash (/) also varies from country to country.
