Every user in Salesforce has a profile that lets you know about the details of the user, such as name, company name, phone, address, etc. Also, you can change and upload the Salesforce profile picture.
In this Salesforce tutorial, I will explain profile pictures or avatars in Salesforce. I will also explain how to change the profile picture in Salesforce and upload a profile picture.
Salesforce Profile Picture
A Salesforce profile photo is a picture that appears at the side of the username in Salesforce. This profile picture is shown in the Chatter feed, on records, and on the user profile page.
Additionally, you can upload photos that have a minimum 36 MP dimension limit and must be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format. And also make sure the photo size is up to 10 MB in Classic and 16 MB in Lightning Experience.
Moreover, it is also important to ensure that the photo is appropriate for a professional environment. You need to add the avatar in Salesforce when you are new to using the Salesforce org account, and you want to enhance your visibility and recognition.
