At SalesforceFAQs, I help Salesforce Admins, Developers, Consultants, and Architects learn Salesforce through practical tutorials, structured learning paths, and real implementation guidance.
I created SalesforceFAQs to make Salesforce easier to learn in a way that is clear, practical, and based on how the platform is actually used in real projects. Instead of publishing generic theory, we focus on step-by-step tutorials, topic-based hub pages, and guided training that help people build real skills in Salesforce, Flow, Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, reports, data management, and analytics.
Founded by Bijay Kumar

SalesforceFAQs was founded by Bijay Kumar, a Salesforce professional, trainer, and solution expert who has been working with Salesforce since 2015.
Over the years, I have worked across Salesforce administration, automation, development, reporting, and solution design, helping deliver practical business solutions for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. My broader public professional background also reflects senior Salesforce architecture and solution expertise, including implementation strategy, integrations, CPQ, and Agentforce AI.
In addition to my Salesforce background, I have been recognized as a Microsoft MVP, reflecting my broader experience in enterprise technology, technical education, and solution design.
Why I created SalesforceFAQs
A lot of Salesforce content online is either too basic, too theoretical, or too disconnected from real implementation work. I created SalesforceFAQs to close that gap.
My goal is to help learners and professionals:
- Understand Salesforce concepts clearly
- Learn with step-by-step tutorials instead of vague explanations
- Move from beginner topics into advanced Salesforce and Agentforce implementation areas
- Build skills that are useful for projects, interviews, certifications, and client work
- Stay current with modern Salesforce topics like Flow, LWC, and AI agents
This site is designed for people who want practical learning, not just surface-level reading.
What this Salesforce site focuses on
SalesforceFAQs is organized around the topics that matter most in modern Salesforce work. I’ve structured the site so that readers can either start with a guided learning path or jump directly into the topic they need.
If you are new to the site, I recommend starting here:
From there, you can explore focused topic hubs such as:
- Salesforce Flows – automation design, record-triggered flows, screen flows, debugging, and best practices
- Agentforce – AI agents, agent setup, prompt-based workflows, custom actions, and intelligent Salesforce experiences
- Salesforce Administration – setup, security, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and data management
- Apex and Triggers – custom business logic, bulk-safe design, asynchronous processing, and integrations
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) – modern Salesforce UI development, component patterns, and Apex integration
- Formulas and Functions – formula fields, validation rules, Flow formulas, and reporting formulas
- Reports and Dashboards – Salesforce reporting, analytics, and executive visibility
- Data Loader – import, export, update, delete, upsert, and recovery scenarios
- Omni-Channel – routing, service workflows, chat setup, and skills-based routing
- Tableau – advanced analytics, dashboards, calculations, and Salesforce-connected reporting
This structure helps users learn Salesforce in a more organized way, rather than jumping randomly between posts.
How do we create the tutorials?
We build content on SalesforceFAQs with a practical, experience-led approach.
That means we focus on:
- Real implementation scenarios
- Step-by-step walkthroughs
- Clear explanations of why a solution works
- Topic-based hub pages that group related tutorials together
- Continuous updates as Salesforce and Agentforce evolve
I don’t want this site to feel like a generic blog. My aim is to create content that helps readers actually solve problems, understand patterns, and apply what they learn in real environments.
Salesforce and Agentforce expertise
SalesforceFAQs covers both core Salesforce topics and newer AI-powered platform capabilities.
On the core side, I publish practical tutorials for admins and developers working with Flow, reports, formulas, Apex, LWC, data management, and service features. On the newer side, I also create tutorials about Agentforce, including beginner- and implementation-focused tutorials on Agent Builder, Agentforce scripts, prompt-based experiences, custom actions, and AI-powered workflows.
This combination matters because Salesforce professionals today need both a strong platform foundation and an understanding of where the ecosystem is heading with AI and automation.
Salesforce Training and guided learning
In addition to free tutorials, I also offer structured training programs for learners who want a more guided path.
These include training for:
- Salesforce Administration
- Salesforce Development
- Agentforce
- Complete Salesforce training bundle
- Live Agentforce training programs
These programs are designed for people who want:
- A clearer roadmap
- Practical examples and implementation thinking
- A stronger path into Salesforce Admin, Development, and Agentforce
- More structured support than self-study alone
So whether you prefer free tutorials or a more structured learning path, the site is built to support both.
Contributors and technical collaboration
SalesforceFAQs may also include support from other Salesforce professionals and contributors for topic development, tutorials, or technical collaboration. If you keep contributor profiles on the page, it is better to present them clearly as contributors, collaborators, or technical reviewers rather than as a vague list of experts.
