How to use Quick Text in Salesforce Lightning
To insert Quick Text in Salesforce Lightning, follow these steps. Let’s take the example of a contact item and learn to use Quick Text in Email.
Step 1: In the App Launcher search box, search for contacts and select the Contacts option.

Step 2: Open the record you want to add the Quick Text message to. Here, I open Eugena Luce.

Step 3: After we are in the contact record, scroll down and click Email in the activity component.

Step 4: Click on the Quick Text button, which looks like a lightning bolt icon, in the text editor. This will open the Quick Text menu.

Step 5: In the Quick Text menu, select the Quick Text message we want to insert by clicking on it. We can also search for a specific Quick Text message by typing its name in the search box.
Step 6: Click Insert to insert the Quick Text message into the text editor. The message will appear in the text editor, and you can make any additional changes or edits as needed.

Step 7: Click Send to send the email.
