Inline Editing of Report Fields in Salesforce
In Salesforce, with the help of inline editing, we can edit records, reports, and data from the list view. We do not have to go to the particular record to edit that if we have enabled the Inline Editing, and when permissions are assigned rightly, users can edit certain fields, for up to 200 records at a time.
While Working for a software company, that uses the Salesforce CRM tool to maintain client’s data and records. Once, we had a requirement to modify the leads Report page, I decided to do this by Inline Editing. Now, I will show you how I handled this situation and modified the reports with the help of Inline Editing.
