Step 2: Search for “Picklist Value Sets”, in the “Quick Find” box.
Step 3: Click on the “Picklist Value Sets”.

Step 4: It will redirect you to the “Picklist Value Sets” page. Now, click on the existing global picklist value set whose picklist value you want to reorder. Here, I select the “Lead Source” global picklist value set.

Step 5: After this, we will redirect to the “Global Value Set”, now scroll down to “Values” and click on the “Reorder” button to rearrange the global picklist values.

Step 6: To display the global picklist values alphabetically, click on the checkbox “Display values alphabetically, not in the order entered”.
Step 7: Click on the “Save” button to save the changes in the global picklist values so that global picklist values display alphabetically.

Step 8: To check whether the global picklist values have been reordered correctly, navigate to the item where you use the picklist values that have been modified.

Step 1: We must first sign in to Salesforce Classic. To do this, click on “Avatar” and select “Switch to Salesforce Classic”.

Step 2: Then, select “Setup” from the menu.

Step 3: Scroll down to the “Build” section. Select the “Picklist Value Sets” option under “Create”.

Step 4: It will redirect you to the “Picklist Value Sets” page. Now, click on the existing global picklist value set whose picklist value you want to rearrange alphabetically. Here, I select the “Territory Regions” global picklist value set.

Step 5: Next, we’ll be redirected to the “Global Value Set”. Scroll down to “Values” and click on the “Reorder” option to reorder the values alphabetically in the global picklist.

Step 6: Select the checkbox next to “Display values alphabetically, not in the order entered” to display the global picklist values in alphabetical order.
Step 7: To make the global picklist values appear alphabetically, click the “Save” button to save your changes.
