1: First, login into the Salesforce lightning account. Go to the gear icon(⚙️), under the gear icon there are two options Setup and Service Setup. Here we are selecting the Setup option.

2: After clicking on the Setup option. Enter the Survey in the Quick Find Box. You can see that the survey option is present under the Feature settings and comes at the top. Click on the Survey Settings.

3: After clicking on Survey Settings, the surveys page is open. We can see there is a surveys label and beside this label, there is a toggle button that is disabled in starting and after clicking on that it becomes enabled.
We are enabling this for creating surveys and sending them to participants. When enabled, email templates and sample surveys are added to our org.
After enabling the survey button the experience cloud site and survey owners can message responses can also be shown. Now enable the button of the survey owners can manage responses.

4: Now go to the App Launcher, enter the survey in the search box and the surveys tab will be available there. Click on the surveys tab.

5: After clicking on the surveys, the survey’s recently viewed page is open and here you can see that the two surveys are already created. There is a New option that is present at the right corner of the page for creating the new survey. Click on the New button.

6: After clicking on the new button the New survey dialogue box is open. Enter the Survey name as Salesforce USA services. After that enable the check box of creating a survey as a template and then click on the continue button.

7: After clicking on the continue option, the Salesforce USA service page is open. Here you can see there are two option pages and branding. Click on the branding option.

8: After clicking on the branding option, with the branding I can adjust the background image by simply clicking on the upload files and we can also change the opacity and blurriness of the image.

9: Here click on the pages option, the two default page is present welcome, and thank you for start creating surveys. Click on the Welcome page. The text box appears where we can enter the welcome message.
Here we are writing Hello and Welcome to the Salesforce USA service survey. This is the starting page of the survey and then click on the plus icon (add page) that is present below the Welcome page option.

10: After clicking on add page the new page is open. Firstly add the page name and this page is related to products then click on the add question option from where we can select the option which type of question we want to create.
Here we are choosing the multiple-selection option for which a multiple-choice question arises.

11: Here we are giving the page name Salesforce USA Product then enter the question after that give the multi-choice option related to the question.

12: Now again click add page option the new page is open. Firstly add the page name as USA Product Rating and this page is related to Rating then click on the add question option from where we can select the option which type of question we want to create.
Here we are choosing the Rating option for which we get the rating from the user about our product. Our product is of good or bad quality.

Select condition as all conditions are met then select the question, operators, and response If the user selects a response less than or equal to 3 then the above question will pop up after that click on the save logic option.

18: Now again click add page option the new page is open. Firstly add the page name as Feedback and this page is related to Feedback then click on the add question option from where we can select the option which type of question we want to create.
Here we are choosing the Long text option where the participant can write the long text about our product.

19: After selecting the long text option, firstly write the question please provide feedback after writing the question there is a space below the question where the participant can write the answer.

20: After entering the feedback message then click on the Thank you page where we can enter the thank you message in the Thank you a message text box.

21: After writing the thank you message all the page is created and the five pages are shown on the survey. After creating all the pages we click on the preview option for looking at how our survey is created.

22: Now click on the activate button for activating the survey that is present beside the preview button.

22: After clicking on the activate button, the activate your survey dialogue box pop-up message that activates your survey to send it to participants. Activate survey version can not be edited this mean when we activate our survey we can not change it.
