Dynamic Forms breaks the Record Detail component on our Lightning pages into individual field and section components that we can put anywhere on the page.

Create a Dynamic Record Page in Salesforce
To create a Dynamic Record Page in Salesforce Lightning, log in to your Salesforce account and follow the steps below.
Step 1- On the Setup page of Salesforce Lightning, click on the Quick Find box, search for a lighting app builder, and then click on it, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2- In the Lightning App builder, select a record page from the list of Lightning Pages. In this case, I have selected the lightning record page named Opportunity Record Page.

Step 3- In the record page, go to the Fields Components, and from there, pick the component Field Section and add it to the template region by simply dragging and dropping to the template region.

Step 4- After adding the Field Section, we can also add the filter to the fields, for that, go to the field section on the right-hand side of the screen and there, click on Add Filter, and then select Fields, Operator, and Value fields. After selection, click on the Done button.

Step 5- Now go to the Fields section in the left sidebar, and from there, pick up the fields and add them to the Field section Details.

Step 6- In the Fields Section, I have added the fields Account Name, Amount, Created By, and Current Generator. We can also select the field visibility from the heading UI behavior; here, we can select the field visibility as None, Read-only, or Required.

Step 7- After adding the fields, We will add the Universally Required Fields to the fields section. It is compulsory to add all universally required fields to the fields section. Otherwise, the user won’t be able to save a record after creating, editing, or cloning it. After adding the required fields, click on the Save button.

As we click on the Save button, the Dynamic Record Page will be successfully created in Salesforce Lightning.
