How to add logo image to a Salesforce Lightning Application

In this Salesforce tutorial, we going to learn how we add a logo image to the Salesforce Lightning Application.

Most of the time while building a Salesforce Lightning Application we don’t add the logo in the beginning because it might be the case that logo is not available at that time. So, let’s have a look at How to Add a logo image to a Salesforce Lightning Application.

Add logo image to the Salesforce Lightning App

Firstly, open the home page of Salesforce Lightning and then follow the below steps to add a logo image to the Salesforce Application.

Step-1: Below the home page tab there will an option for Apps and when we click on that it will open a dropdown and that dropdown click on Apps Manager as shown in the below picture.

Step-2: On clicking Apps Manager, we will see a list of applications in the new tab. Here you have to select the application to which you have to add the logo image. On the right side of the application name, there will be a dropdown button. Click on that dropdown and after that click on Edit as shown in the below picture.

Step-3: In this step, we will see the App Settings tab of our application. Below the App Branding there will be an Upload button, click on that and choose the image for the logo from your system.

Step-4: After selecting the image it will appear in the image section as shown in the picture mentioned below. Now click on the Save button and with this image will be added as a logo to the Salesforce lightning application.

Step-5: Now go back to the home page and click on the App Launcher (9 dots) on the upper left side of the screen after that, a dropdown will open up within that click on View All as shown in the picture below.

Step-6: On clicking view all, we will see all the applications. Our app also is there and you can see in the picture below that the logo image is successfully added to the App.

In this way, we have added a logo image to the Salesforce Lightning Application.
